I have purchased four of these bags. The bags work great for taking leaves to the city compost site. It is large enough to hold a lot of leaves and small enough to fit in the back of my SUV. It is also sturdy so the leaves can be compressed without ripping the bag. It has handles on the bottom so you do not drop the bag in the compost bin when emptying the leaves.

I have to admit, I gave this the big test to see how well it would hold up. Threw everything in the yard I had into it. Did great. And it held a ton of stuff. Leaves, branches, twigs, stems with thorns…if it was in the yard I tossed it in. Check. Dragged easily across the lawn. Light and easy. Check. Could pack it up and store it. Check. Also dragged it across bricks. Okay. Also dragged it across the driveway – knowing – that that wasn’t really part of the description for it. Actually it did well. One tiny hole which won’t stop me or it. So! This is the real deal. Heavy duty. But because it starts out being “light” (think of the bins, pull wagons, barrels, etc. that start out heavy and then you add weight to them) it’s a winner!

Bought several of these to bags to bag and transport grass clippings to the dump. The 48 gallon size is ideal for grass catchers off riding mowers and push mowers. These bags are very robust, have multiple carry handles and can be folded and tucked away after the grass has stopped growing and all the leaves have been hauled away. These are inexpensive alternatives to the large rubber tubs used by professional landscapers. Very pleased as to cost, quality and convenience.

This is the perfect, sturdy bag for yard clean-up (leaves, grass, etc) especially if you compost your yard waste. I especially like the reinforced top edge that holds the bag open when putting in the yard waste. ( Don’t need a second person to hold open bag, while you dump in leaves!!!) The large capacity is also a strong factor for me. If you’re sensitive to environmental issues (using /and throwing away too man plastic bags), this product is a plus.

This is really durable, lightweight. It’s a large size so when filling with twigs or leaves. You don’t have to make as many trips to dump. And after shake it out and fold it up. Does not take up a lot of room while being stored.

Definitely should have gotten this sooner as hubby and I are getting older. It was easy to put together and works like a charm.

This is a simple, but pretty awesome, product. We have a dog and she’s allowed to destroy cardboard. It’s a good outlet for her and, since she doesn’t destroy anything else, we let her have at it. The issue then becomes our back yard. It’s a nightmare of cardboard chunks and shreds. Picking them up into a bag is pretty wasteful, plus they tend to rip it. The wheelbarrow is difficult to get out of the shed and then has to be unloaded to go to recycling. The garden waste bucket is unruly and doesn’t fit in my car. Enter, the DuraSack. This is great! It folds up small, so I can keep it in the back of my car or in the garage. It’s sturdy, so the kids can drag it around the yard to pick up the detritus. Once it’s loaded, the sturdy handles make it a cinch to put into my truck – no need to unload it! – and cart off to the recycling center. When it gets muddy, it rinses off. I’m pretty happy with this thing. It’s simple, but does what needs doing well and better than the other solutions we had. My yard is clean, my trunk is clean, I didn’t have to struggle a wheelbarrow out, and it was easy to put away at the end of the day. It’s a winner in my book!
